CANCELLATION POLICY:
The customer may cancel the requested or contracted services at any time being entitled to the refund of the amounts that he or she would have paid. However, the customer will have to compensate the organizer or retailer of the indicated amounts below:
▸ Management fees: 70€
In addition to:
a) A penalty consisting of 50% of the total amount of the trip, if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days* and less than 40 days* before the date of the trip's commencement.
b) A penalty consisting of 75% of the total amount of the trip, if the cancellation occurs between the 20 and 30 days* before the date of the trip's commencement.
c) A penalty consisting of 100% of the total amount of the trip, if the cancellation occurs within 20 days* prior to departure.
*Working Days (From Monday to Friday excluding holidays)
SPECIAL INDICATIONS:
- Respect the meeting point and departure time, we can't wait for you if you are late.
- You must show the ticket you receive automatically in your e-mail address after your purchase
- The one day trip excursions are not subject to any kind of refund.
- If you sell your ticket to someone, a 15€ fee is applied and you must inform us via info@erasmusclubsevilla.com, if you don't, the sold ticket won't be valid. (The 15€ are to be paid in cash the day of the trip to the staff).
- If you buy your ticket with the ECS Card discount, you must show your card the day of the trip before departure
- Published departure times may vary depending on existing traffic or traffic problems. Erasmus Club Sevilla is not responsible for delays due to external factors.
- The latest indications will be sent by email to all buyers in the days prior to departure.
- Buses must have a minimum of 35 occupied places for the trip to take place. Customers will be notified in advance of the status of each bus occupation and if it is not complete, the full amounts will be refunded or new alternative dates will be offered for the trip.

Itinerary
Lisboa y Sintra - PORTUGAL (ITINERARY*)
DAY 1: Seville - Lisbon
▸ 6h30: We meet at Plaza de Cuba, in front of the Phoenix Pub, and start our journey for Lisbon.
▸ We will start the day by visiting the National Sanctuary of Christ the King, where there is one of the best views in all of Lisbon.
After the first stop we start our departure for Sintra. Where we will start with a free tiem to visit the Quinta da Regaleira, a palace with luxurious gardens, lakes, caves and mysterious buildings that conceal the meanings related to alchemy and masonry. It is also where the famous upside down tower is located. (book your spot for the Castle vía email 12€)
▸ Free time to visit & have lunch and look around the city.
▸ The last visit of the day will be in Cabo da Roca, a special place with incredible legends and stories, where we can take many pictures in what was believed, was the end of the world.
▸ At the end of the visit we will go to the hostel to check in, where we can have dinner and rest. We start Botell at the hostel with predrinking games, and we go to the famous Barrio Alto.
DAY 2: Lisbon - Sintra
▸ 8h-10h: We start our day with breakfast at the hostel.
Morning free to rest and enjoy the city.
▸ 14h00 we start our tour in placa restauradores, visiting the main squares such as Praça dos Restauradores, Praça do Rossio, Praça da Figueira, Rua Augusta and Praça do Comércio. (We make a stop to try the very famous shots with chocolate)
▸ We then have free time for lunch. Afterwards we continue the tour to St. George's Castle (entrance fee included), walking the streets of the city and passing by the Sé Cathedral.
▸ Once in the Castle and after a brief explanation of its history, we will have time to look around and take pictures.
▸ We will return to the hostel to have dinner and rest. After that we start with predrinking games at the hostal and after we got to a club.
DAY 3: Lisbon - Seville
▸ 8h - 9h30: We start our day with breakfast at the hostel.
▸ 9h30 - 10h00: Check out of the hostel, leave our bags in our bus and head to the Belem neighborhood, where our tour will begin.
▸ The first stop will be the Belem Tower, an old military construction that was very important in the era of European discoveries, as it served as a fortress and as a port from which the Portuguese explorers departed to establish what would be the first European trade in history with China and India.
▸ We will walk to the Monument of the Discoverers, built to commemorate the 500th anniversary of the death of Henry the Navigator. This is in the shape of a caravel with the coat of arms of Portugal on the sides and the Avís dynasty sword over the entrance.
▸ We will cross the street and find the great Hieronymus Monastery, a former monastery of the Order of St. Jerome, in the Manueline style, which was built to commemorate the fortunate return of Vasco de Gama from India.
▸ There we will finish our tour and have free time for lunch. Our recommendation is to go to the famous bakery where you can find the original Belém cake.
▸ 14h30: We meet at the bus and depart back to Seville, where our journey will come to an end.
(Remember that in Portugal we will be one hour less, so all schedules will be set in local time. In Seville we use Spanish time, in Lisbon, Lisbon time.)

IMPORTANT:
▸ Take with you the same identity document or passport that registered for the trip, as well as your health or medical insurance card in case of any unforeseen event.
▸ Bring your student ID with you in order to get student discounts if any will be offered.
▸ You will have to leave 10€ deposit per person at the hostel which are returned on the last day if there is no damage. (Collected in the bus)
▸ Breakfast, towels, sheets are included.
▸ It is recommendable to pack some decent clothes for going out. That said, we would like to mention that although the dress code isn't exactly fancy, the bouncers can be a little tough on students especially.
ACCOMODATION: We will be staying at Lisbon Hostel. We will read the rooming list on the bus before arriving at the hostel.
RULES: It is necessary to adhere to the departure and meeting schedules. We cannot delay the itinerary for the 2 or 3 people who wake up late or who do not arrive on time. Therefore, it is not our responsibility if you miss the bus or any other part of the excursion due to delays. In the hostel and on the bus you must be careful because any damage you must pay for yourself. We are also not responsible for any loss of belongings.
