WELCOME TO PARADISE!

3 days in paradise, paradisiacal beaches, and lots of activities and of course: PARTIES! The event that marks the beginning of the best year of your life, alongside Erasmus students from Sevilla, Granada, and Malaga.

We will be staying in the southern region of Portugal (Algarve), the most famous area in the south of Portugal, and we will visit the best beaches (Do Oura, Dona Ana, Marinha...). We will have beach activities, sightseeing, boat tours, lots of parties, and surprises!

½-PARTIAL PAYMENT: You can reserve and secure your place with an initial payment of 60€. You can pay the rest later (up to 10 days before the trip). -Flexi+ Ticket: Change the date or cancel your ticket up to 7 days before departure for only 29.99€.* *Refund of 80% of the total amount or exchange for another date. **If there are no more available dates, the amount paid can be used for another trip.

⇒ Boat Party (30€): 2-hour boat party with Sangría & Music, including tours to see the caves in small boats during the party.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Customers can cancel the requested or contracted services at any time and are entitled to a refund of the amounts paid. However, the customer must compensate the organizer or retailer with the following amounts:

▸ Management fees: 60€

In addition to:

a) 50% penalty of the total amount of the trip if cancellation occurs more than 30 days* but less than 40 days* before the trip's start date.

b) 75% penalty of the total amount of the trip if cancellation occurs between 20 and 30 days* before the trip's start date.

c) 100% penalty of the total amount of the trip if cancellation occurs within 20 days* prior to departure. *Working days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays)

SPECIAL INDICATIONS:

• Respect the meeting point and departure time; we cannot wait for you if you are late.
• You must show the ticket received via email after purchase.
• One-day trip excursions are not eligible for any kind of refund.
• If you sell your ticket to someone, a 5€ fee applies, and you must inform us via info@erasmusclubsevilla.com. Failure to do so will invalidate the sold ticket. The 45€ payment must be made via bank transfer at most 2 days before departure.
• If you buy your ticket with the ECS Card discount, you must show your card on the day of the trip before departure.
• Published departure times may vary due to traffic or other external factors. Erasmus Club Sevilla is not responsible for delays caused by such factors.
• The latest instructions will be sent via email to all buyers in the days leading up to departure.
• Buses must have a minimum of 35 occupied seats for the trip to proceed. Customers will be notified in advance regarding the occupancy status of each bus. If it is not fully booked, full refunds or alternative trip dates will be offered.
