Granada is one of the most important cultural highlights in Andalusia, and also in the whole of Spain. This is thanks to the Alhambra and the Albaicin district, which are both declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the Sierra Nevada, considered a Biosphere Reserve. The best ski resort is in the Sierra Nevada, as the highest peak, Mulhacen (3.482m).

How to book for Alhambra:

- Choose Friday (From13h) or Saturday all day if you are not going to Ski.
▸ Pick an option for Sunday:
A) I would like to go to the Sierra Nevada but I do NOT want to go skiing. You can go up by cable car (for 19'50€/person) and play with the snow or just stay in the village and go for a walk.
B) I would like to go to the Sierra Nevada and go skiing.
C) I would like to stay in Granada. (We will pick you up around 17:00 h at the meeting point to go back to Seville)
▸ If you are going to ski, you will have to pay the ski pass at the ski resort directly (52€/prs).
▸ We will get the ski equipment before going up to the ski resort because up there, it will cost 25€, while we, Erasmus Club Sevilla, get a special price of 18€ at another place. Additionally, you can borrow all the necessary equipment: gloves, glasses, trousers, jacket, etc.) for 5€ a piece.

▸ To get on the bus on the day of the event, it will be necessary to show the ticket that had been automatically sent to your mail when you purchased the trip. It is not necessary to print it and you can book the ticket for someone else and send them the e-mail. If they don´t have the membership card (ERASMUS CARD) they will have to pay the remaining amount of the non-members.
▸ Once the purchase is made, the tickets will not be refundable on day trips, for the rest of the trips you can check the cancellation policy.

The customer may cancel the requested or contracted services at any time being entitled to the refund of the amounts that he or she would have paid. However, the customer will have to compensate the organizer or retailer of the indicated amounts below:
▸ Management fees: 60€
In addition to:
a) A penalty consisting of 50% of the total amount of the trip, if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days* and less than 40 days* before the date of the trip's commencement.
b) A penalty consisting of 75% of the total amount of the trip, if the cancellation occurs between the 20 and 30 days* before the date of the trip's commencement.
c) A penalty consisting of 100% of the total amount of the trip, if the cancellation occurs within 20 days* prior to departure.

- Respect the meeting point and departure time, we can't wait for you if you are late.
- You must show the ticket you receive automatically in your e-mail address after your purchase
- The one day trip excursions are not subject to any kind of refund.
- If you sell your ticket to someone, a 5€ fee for one day trip or 15€ for weekend trips is applied and you must inform us via email@example.com, if you don't, the sold ticket won't be valid. (The money are to be paid in cash the day of the trip to the staff).
- If you buy your ticket with the ECS Card discount, you must show your card the day of the trip before departure
- Published departure times may vary depending on existing traffic or traffic problems. Erasmus Club Sevilla is not responsible for delays due to external factors.
- The latest indications will be sent by email to all buyers in the days prior to departure.
- Buses must have a minimum of 35 occupied places for the trip to take place. Customers will be notified in advance of the status of each bus occupation and if it is not complete, the full amounts will be refunded or new alternative dates will be offered for the trip.

Granada & Sierra Nevada (ITINERARY*)
DAY 1: Seville – Granada
▸ 6h15: We meet at Plaza de Cuba, in front of the Phoenix Pub, and start our journey for Granada.
▸ We will start the day collecting the ski equipment for those who want to practice some snow activity and also the clothes for those who want to keep warm. Please remember if you want to take part in this kind of activity you have to pay 18€ cash in the bus. And, in case you need any additional clothing, e.g. a jacket, gloves, caps, helmets etc., you can rent it/them for just 6€.
▸ Our first part of the trip will be an introduction about the famous Alhambra and you will also get the opportunity to visit the viewpoint and the palace of Carlos V.
▸ 15h walk in the city centre. Additionally, you will have free time for lunch. After that, we will continue with the tour in the city center where we will tell you something about its history and show you the most interesting places. Afterwards we will lead you to the viewpoint San Nicolás in the quarter of Albaicín to enjoy a beautiful sunset from one of the best views in Granada.
Please notice that the tour will only be in Spanish.
▸ At the end of the visit we will go to the hostel to check in, where we can have dinner and rest. We'll need to get our strength back for our botellon and a night of partying in a discotheque.
DAY 2: Granada - Sierra Nevada
▸ 8h45: Those who are going to go skiing leave. (Those who are not going to go skiing have a free day).
▸ We arrive in Sierra Nevada and start the day in snow.
▸ 17h: we return to Granada and visit Barrio Albaicin to watch the sunset, rest and gain strength for the party.
▸ 21h: Dinner and Flamenco show (optional).
▸ 23h: Party in Discoteca.
DAY 3: Granada - Sierra Nevada - Sevilla
▸ 8h45: We check out of the hostel and head for Sierra Nevada. Those who do not want to participate can stay in Granada and enjoy the city for longer. In this case, we meet at 17h in the store for skiing.
▸ We return to Seville approximately at 21h.
*The itinerary can be subject to change without previous notice, due to weather conditions, operational matters or group conditions.
▸ Take with you the same identity document or passport that registered for the trip, as well as your health or medical insurance card in case of any unforeseen event.
▸ Bring your student ID with you in order to get student discounts if any will be offered.
▸ Towels are not included but you can rent it for 2€ at the hostel.

▸ It is recommendable to pack some decent clothes for going out. That said, we would like to mention that although the dress code isn't exactly fancy, the bouncers can be a little tough on students especially.
ACCOMODATION: We will be staying at 4U Hostel Granada. We will read the rooming list on the bus before arriving at the hostel.
RULES: It is necessary to adhere to the departure and meeting schedules. We cannot delay the itinerary for the 2 or 3 people who wake up late or who do not arrive on time. Therefore, it is not our responsibility if you miss the bus or any other part of the excursion due to delays. In the hostel and on the bus you must be careful because any damage you must pay for yourself. We are also not responsible for any loss of belongings.
