CANCELLATION POLICY:
The customer may cancel the requested or contracted services at any time being entitled to the refund of the amounts that he or she would have paid. However, the customer will have to compensate the organizer or retailer of the indicated amounts below:
▸ Management fees: 80€
In addition to:
a) A penalty consisting of 50% of the total amount of the trip, if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days* and less than 40 days* before the date of the trip's commencement.
b) A penalty consisting of 75% of the total amount of the trip, if the cancellation occurs between the 20 and 30 days* before the date of the trip's commencement.
c) A penalty consisting of 100% of the total amount of the trip, if the cancellation occurs within 20 days* prior to departure.
*Working Days (From Monday to Friday excluding holidays)
SPECIAL INDICATIONS:
- Respect the meeting point and departure time, we can't wait for you if you are late.
- You must show the ticket you receive automatically in your e-mail address after your purchase
- The one day trip excursions are not subject to any kind of refund.
- If you sell your ticket to someone, a 5€ in one dat trip or 15€ in weekend trip fee is applied and you must inform us via info@erasmusclubsevilla.com, if you don't, the sold ticket won't be valid.
- If you buy your ticket with the ECS Card discount, you must show your card the day of the trip before departure
- Published departure times may vary depending on existing traffic or traffic problems. Erasmus Club Sevilla is not responsible for delays due to external factors.
- The latest indications will be sent by email to all buyers in the days prior to departure.
- Buses must have a minimum of 35 occupied places for the trip to take place. Customers will be notified in advance of the status of each bus occupation and if it is not complete, the full amounts will be refunded or new alternative dates will be offered for the trip.

Itinerary
ITINERARY
(The schedule is subject to possible changes due to logistic reasons)
DAY 1: Seville - Algeciras - Tangier
▸ Seville - Algeciras. Meeting Point: Plaza de Cuba/Time: It is notified two days before departure.
▸ Algeciras - Tangier: Fast-Ferry to Morocco and customs processing.
▸ After leaving the customs control, we board our private bus to Tanger.
▸ Tanger Med: History, art and cultural differences (Spain-Morocco) related explained by our guide
▸ Visit to Hercules Cave (Optional entrance, 6€).
▸ CAMEL RIDE at the Beach (Mediterranean Sea)
▸ Visit to Cap Spartel (Place where the two Mediterranean and Atlantic seas meet) Free time for lunch with sea views.
▸ After lunch, guided tour through the city to learn all about Medina's secrets, Kasbah + Free time for shooping.
▸ We finish the day by the check-in at hotel 3* & Dinner in Tangier
DAY 2: Tangier - Tetouan - Chefchaouen - Tangier
▸ 7h-7h50 Breakfast at the Hotel
▸ 8h departure to Chefchaouen: Private bus
▸ Chefchaouen: Guided tour through the medina, viewpoint and the main landmarks of the city
▸ Free time of one hour for shooping.

DAY 3: Tangier - Assilah - Algeciras - Seville
▸ 8h-9h30 Breakfast. 9h45 Departure to Assilah with your Baggage.
▸ In Assilah: Guided tour through Medina and the main landmarks of the city
▸ Free time in the city for shooping and lunch.
▸ Assilah - Tanger Med: Private Bus

Boat schedules for both the outward and return routes are communicated in the final itinerary that is sent two days before the departure of the trip.
Although, we will make every effort to follow this programme, the guide reserves the right to modify the schedule due to justified force majeure.
ACCOMMODATION: HOTEL 3*
MEANS OF TRANSPORT:
▸Fast ferry tourist category:
Unlisted seats, free seats. The schedules are indicated in this programme. Concerning the strait crossing: We will cross from Tarifa to Tangier. The schedules of the FERRIES are approximate and will be reconfirmed 48 hours before the departure since the company reserves the right to modify the schedules without any previous warnings. The crossing approximately takes 35 minutes. The agency assumes no responsibility for loss of connections caused by delays in ferries. We recommend not to buy bus, plane or train tickets prior to the departure because there may be delays and it, unfortunately, is quite common. The services will be provided by the company Intershipping Bus. In Spain, the services will be provided by a Spanish bus company. Once in Morocco, the journey will be carried out by a private Moroccan bus of 48 seats. The seats are unnumbered.
▸ Bus for land transportation.
CURRENCY:
The Dirham (Dh) is the Moroccan currency (1€ ~ 11 Dirhams). There are notes of 10, 50, 100 and 200 Dirhams, and coins of 5, 10, 20, 50 cents. Import and export of Dirhams is strictly prohibited. That maximum that can be taken outside the country is 1,000 Dirhams per person. Currency conversion is possible at the bank or authorized establishments. We recommend starting with 20€ on the first day and then see how much money you’ll be needing. It is possible to pay in Euro and with credit/debit cards in most places.
SECURITY:
Morocco is a country which invests in the safety of their tourists more every day. So don’t be surprised if there’ll be unexpected controls in the streets because of civil officials, after all, it is for our own safety. Additionally, we will be accompanied by a national guide during the tour, who will take good care of us at all times. Local guides will accompany us to other cities.
